GRETNSKY,   is  conducting  negotiations  in  CAH1TCAGE  fii]   about  Betting  up  a.  new 
government  in  Germany-     There  is  being  discussed j  apparently  ^  -the  following 
set-up  ■ —  a.  government  in  which  will  be  BEJUNING   [iii  J  and  the  Social  Democrats. 
Thomas  MANN  [iv]  will  also  become  a  mealier  of  the  Government*     Heinrich  MAUN 
considers  this  information  reliable  and  therefore  is  warning  us-     Heinrich
